Understanding Behavioral Styles is a self-paced online course (less than 1.5 hours) that explains the DiSC behavioral principles. In this course, a participant learns the basics of all four DiSC styles, supplementing their knowledge beyond the understanding of their own behavioral style; this additional knowledge can be used to enhance their communication, team-building and conflict management skills. Included with this course is a different DiSC profile: the DiSC Classic 2.0 Online Profile which is substantially different from the DiSC PPSS Behavioral Profile. The latter concentrates on your specific behaviors, while the 2.0 profile provides some information about your style, but also highlights the other behavioral styles, allowing greater understanding of the similarities and differences across styles. Understanding Behavioral Styles teaches you how to recognize different behavior patterns and develop adaptive skills that increase your ability to communicate successfully with others.
