ITCAP is a simple, straightforward nationally recognized program that serves the needs of employers and employees, while satisfying rigorous academic standards. Through this nationwide program, college credit can be earned by students who complete appropriate coursework and exams, and these credits can apply to degrees or professional recertification requirements. Since its September 1997 launch, the ITCAP Program has processed more than 70,000 credits for 18,000+ students in 38 states. ITCAP opens new learning management and workforce development possibilities for students and employers via the strategic use of company educational assistance funds in paying for growth-essential training. In addition, ITCAP provides a variety of resources and data services critical to company knowledge management analyses and ROI reports. ITCAP also allows companies to maximize tax incentives and benefits related to employee educational assistance programs. Credits are awarded from Pima College in Tucson, AZ. |
