Administration Software
Set up projects quickly and easily using this part of the 20/20 Insight GOLD system. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and aggregate report data from as many projects as desired. The Survey Library contains more than 1,100 survey items in over 140 categories. Use them “as is” or customize them to fit the requirements of your organization. You can also add your own surveys to the library.
WebResponse
You'll use this program when you have subjects select their respondents and participants complete their assessments. Uploading and downloading project data to the web is a simple one-click "Synchronize" function.

The Administration Software
The 20/20 Insight GOLD Administration Software manages all your assessment projects. Install it on your PC or on your organization's network, if more than one person will administer surveys. Use the Administration Software to: Set up subjects, respondents, survey questions and rating scales Create and collect respondent assessments Print individual reports and summary project reports and multi-project aggregate reports Data can be secured with two levels of password: For the Administration Software, to ensure that only authorized people have access to the program For each project, so only that administrator can access a specific survey
WebResponse
The WebResponse Software operates on a web server and connects to the Administration Software. You upload project questionnaires to WebResponse and then download completed assessments to the Administration Software. From the web, you also control the settings for subjects and respondents, notify participants and track their progress. WebResponse is also used by: Subjects - Individuals receiving feedback can set up their own respondents. Respondents - Individuals giving feedback can access and complete their questionnaires from any location.
Subject Selection of Respondents
You can assign respondents to each subject within the Administration Software, OR you can permit subjects to select their own respondents. With the second option, you're able to give subjects any combination of the following permissions: Select names from a list you provide De-select names from a list you provide Add names and email addresses of individuals
Respondent Assessments
Survey participants access their assessments online with a secure username and password.If respondents forget their password, a reminder link sends them an email without involving the administrator. Flexible settings let you include one item per page or all items for a given category on a single page. Respondents can answer just a few questions, save what they've done, and return later to respond to the rest. Upon completion of their questionnaires, participants can review their responses for each question on a single page. They can make changes until you take the project off-line.

Media Options

There are two media options available for distributing questionnaires to participants. Web WebResponse lets respondents fill out their assessments on the web. An email is sent to respondents which includes a URL to the assessment they fill out.   Paper Paper assessments is a media option for respondents who do not have access to a computer and the web. The administrator prints a hard copy of the assessment and gives it to the respondent. Once the respondent completes and returns it, the administrator enters the data into the Administration Software.
