Our success over the years with the products of Inscape Publishing continues today.  IP has stayed current, updating products, demanding reliability and validity and quality.  Most of our workshops incorporate IP profiles - and now they available online.

The Facilitator Kits for each profile are professional and thorough.

The self-discovery learning surfaces through facilitated discussions; it's the respondent providing his/her own perspective as they complete the profile; once the profile has been responded to, the learner can analyze the information through the report generated, but the learning goes deeper through facilitation of the topic.  The respondent experiences some "aha's" and eye-opening moments as they recognize that their own responses have produced the results they are analyzing. We have incorporated Inscape's profiles -- and other online courses -- into our blended learning strategies with clients.  The ability to train and build skills in the classroom as well as educate and build skills individually online is currently a key part of most training organization's blended learning strategy.  The Inscape materials and our online courses lend themselves perfectly to this technique.

Additionally, the Inscape profiles and assessments can be incorporated into your current training programs to make them even more robust or the profiles can stand alone as a module of training.

What Does Valid and Reliable Mean?
Validity indicates whether an assessment measures the concept it is intended to measure. Reliability indicates whether an assessment is measuring a concept consistently. 

Why is Validity and Reliability Important to Me?
