DiSC Group Culture Report
This report provides a high level of information that you can use with a group, especially an intact group, for the purposes of helping them to understand the preferred culture of the group: its characteristics, advantages and drawbacks. Does the group culture influence decision-making, risk-taking? Only by discussing these types of issues is it possible to change to capitalize on group culture.
No names are included, which assures anonymity and a safe jumping-off point for further exploration. Group Culture reports can be run for either/or the DiSC Classic 2.0 or the DiSC PPSS General Characteristics individual reports.
