Motivating Team Members (MTM) opens each leaders thinking about the answers to those, and other questions. It explores what motivation truly is and how it works. MTM explores how motivation is different for each individual.

Hiring Winning Talent
(Eight hour class or two half day sessions; now also available online)


A successful hiring process doesn’t start with the job posting and doesn’t end when a candidate has been selected. Before an open position is advertised, an efficient and consistent hiring process must be in place. That process will enable a manager to identify the job competencies, build the interview questions and develop the hiring strategy required to win a really qualified new employee who performs well and fits in from day one.

Hiring Winning Talent (HWT) provides the processes and tools required to master the art and science of identifying and winning great new employees - those that will perform in the top 20%.

 Retaining Winning Talent
(Eight Hour Classroom Course)

The program provides skills, tools, and a research-based approach that helps team leaders rate the attrition risk of each team member, surface individual team members’ retention needs, increase the level of commitment from each team member, and, most importantly, develop and implement a Retention Action Plan designed to increase retention for the entire team.

 Behavioral Interviewing 

Objective: To address one of the most difficult and challenging situations many people have; knowing how to select the right candidate for the right position.

Anticipated Outcome/Benefits: Participants will learn how to identify the skills needed for any position, learn a questioning approach which will help you determine a candidate’s abilities based on past performance, understand key steps to take in each phase of the interviewing cycle, understand how to conduct a fair and legal interview, practice using an effective behavioral interviewing process.


Managing Performance Discussions

Objective: To improve your communications and effectiveness when managing the performance of others

Anticipated Outcome/Benefits: This course enables a manager to plan and carry out a discussion with an employee when that employee’s performance needs to improve. Key communication skills are addressed, as well as a step-by-step outline for conducting the discussion in a way that respects the individual, and encourages him or her to take responsibility for improving performance.
